Client is seeking a super Sr Project Manager with SDLC experience.  Must be able to start in 2 weeks and this is for a 3 month contract.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge Includes

•         5-10 years project management experience

•         PMI Certification preferred

•         Responsible for project management activities of complex IT projects, preferable experience with software development projects and integration. 

•         Primarily responsible for coordination of project activities/resources, driving progress of projects, escalating/removing obstacles and producing internal & client facing communications.

•         Basic project management activities include development and maintenance of project schedules, status reporting, issue management and other tasks required to effectively manage and monitor a project through to successful completion (on time, within budget, adhering to high quality standards and meeting customer expectations). 

•         Tracks project spending against budgets. 

•         Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred. 

•         Responsible for drafting and reviewing project and technical documentation as required by IT project methodology.   I see this as more of an analyst responsibility but am ok with leaving it in for this.
