Description:

• Analyze various business and technical requirements and translate into detailed design and development requirements which conform to Client standards.
• Have solid project management skills to lead small to medium sized projects.
• Develop business use cases and create in HP Quality Center (training will be provided).
• Provide expert advice on the availability of SharePoint capabilities and/or third-party web parts as low cost solutions to deliver requested business capabilities.
• Work within the SharePoint governance model to ensure compliance to governance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate diverse groups who contribute to business requirements and build consensus for requirements across the user groups, becoming knowledgeable of the SP application requirements.
• Assist with DEV/QA testing.
• Create a uniform style and language for user documentation and internal documents
• Other technical writing services on other projects where availability permits

Skills: SharePoint Business Analyst, Technical Writing, Project Management, UML (nice to have), VISIO and MS Office

Qualifications:
• Experience with SharePoint WSS 3.0 and SharePoint Server 2010 and/or experience with SharePoint Foundation 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010
• Knowledge of commercially available SharePoint components is a plus
• At least 2 SharePoint Implementations as a Business Analyst/Tech Writer
• Familiar with SharePoint security concepts
• Understanding of taxonomy and SharePoint content types
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation for IT systems
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical writing and technical editing and 5 years experience in IT systems.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with exceptional follow-through and capable of working independently
• Superior project and time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
• Excellent, demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in verbal and other forms
• English proficiency and excellent grammatical, writing, and editorial skills are required
• Expert-level abilities in Microsoft Office Professional, MS Visio, as well as other online documentation software. Familiarity with MS Project is a plus.

Description:

SharePoint Developer needed to develop custom SharePoint code in a SharePoint Foundation 2010 environment.

KNOWLEDGE

• SharePoint 2010 knowledge will include web part development, workflows, event handlers, web services development, server configuration, deploying and supporting an enterprise SharePoint implementation.
• Demonstrated knowledge and development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies using Visual Studio is required (ASP.NET 3.x/4.x, C#, XML, etc.).
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Knowledgeable writing Microsoft Power Shell Scripts.
• Knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JS frameworks.
• Knowledge of Subversion for version control is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

• Extensive coding experience with SharePoint web parts, features, workflows, event handlers, web services, etc. Minimum version MOSS 2007/WSS 3.0. Prefer SharePoint 2010 experience.
• Extensive experience coding with .Net in an enterprise using Visual Studio.
• Experience working with software design principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

9583 - SECURITY DEVELOPER for SHAREPOINT

Description:

• SharePoint Security Developer needed to develop and implement SharePoint claims based single sign-on (SSO) using a eDirectory based LDAP directory. A custom authentication provider will be used along with CA Site Minder and other standards based technologies to integrate SharePoint Foundation 2010 to the enterprise. There will be other non-SharePoint SSO implementations that the candidate will work with as well.

• We are seeking an experienced Developer who will participate in creating SharePoint environment which will be used to deploy Corporate Intranet Websites. The candidate will participate in development of the SharePoint Solutions and respond to the production support requests. This is an exciting position which will provide opportunity to learn web technologies. The requesting client team integrates content management, search engines, web analytics, security services and related web technologies. The candidate will have opportunity to integrate these services with SharePoint.

KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of LDAP and SSO standards based technologies. Experience in Sun, CA and Novell directory and SSO products is a plus.
• Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 authentication.
• SharePoint development knowledge is desired including web part development, workflows, event handlers, web services development, server configuration, deploying and supporting an enterprise SharePoint implementation.
• Strong demonstrated knowledge and development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies using Visual Studio is required (ASP.NET 2.0/3.x/4.x, C#, XML, etc.).
• Microsoft Power Shell Scripts knowledge is desired.
• Knowledge of Subversion for version control is a plus.
• Knowledge of internet security and integrating password service with websites running in Unix (Linux) and windows environment.

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years experience coding with .Net in an enterprise using Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Single Sign On (SSO) implementations using technologies such as CA Site Minder, CA Federation Services, SAML, ws-federation, and ADFS.
• Experience coding and implementing LDAP authentication and authorization schemes.
• Experience working with software design principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. Ensure code and design meets standards.
• SharePoint development experience. The candidate must show ability to integrate web services and service oriented architecture.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer.
• Web Infrastructure and deployment experience. Demonstrate ability to write technical instructions for executing code deployments.
• Knowledge of Linux & windows administration. The candidate is expected to explain how to install SSL certificates and differentiate development techniques for SSL integration.
• Working knowledge of website monitoring and support.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Design, document and implement SSO for SharePoint Foundation 2010. Provide detailed implementation steps for middleware administrators.
• Provide expertise to other groups desiring to implement SSO for other applications.
• Document essential components and checklists for successful SSO implementations by other applications.
• Assist in the development of other non-security related SharePoint components, features, etc.
