Job Title:      Mainframe Developer

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•             Team player who can work effectively in a team environment as a member of an application development group

•             Performs analysis, coding and testing of new systems

•             Provides maintenance and support for existing systems

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

•             Has 5+ years experience using TSO, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS

•             Experience using TELON, FileAid, Xpediter, and ENDEVOR preferable

•             Experienced with structured Systems Development Life Cycle

•             Must have knowledge of State Government Eligibility Systems (Child Welfare, General public welfare, Medicaid)

•             The ideal candidate is a self-starter who possesses proven strong technical and analytical skills and has the ability to comprehend complex business processes quickly.

•             Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
