Title: Business Analyst

Complete Description:
The business analyst is responsible for working with ISS and business line to successfully migrate users from existing access control application to new application. Will be responsible for coordinating the validation of each role and the movement of the users to the role. Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams. The position will be the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team. The position will also be responsible for creating the role within the new application, analysing issues, and liason to other IT teams to remediate problems. This is a team-based position that requires strong interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be very detailed oriented. Able to handle changing requirements.
