WebSphere Admin (Websphere certified preferred)
Work Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration is 6 Months Contract

Required Experience:  3+ years of experience
Expert in Unix Commands
Should have strong knowledge about Scripting (Perl, Jython)
Should have hands on experience in Websphare application server configuration
Should have hands on experience in websphere admin console management
Should have knowledge of websphere servers configuration files and logs
Should have good understanding of websphere cluster environment and node management
Should have knowledge about ORACLE, Portal, Process Server
Good verbal and written skills
Should have problem solving ability

Role & Responsibilities
Should have experience of working on live environment.
Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems.
Experience with creating tools and automate repeatable processes in a Unix Environment.
Environment Monitoring and Review.
Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner
Make follow up calls on outstanding issues to - ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and confirm problem resolution on all issues.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
