• Platform migration (Cross Platform is preferred)
• R12 upgrade involving >1TB sizes (preferably 4-5 TB)
• Installation & migration tasks in relation to database and application
• Cutover Planning
• Managing and preparing R12 Instance for testing cycles
• Assisting in resolving issues related to R12 upgrade
