Position: SAP HR with Incentive Management.

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas

Duration: 6 Months

 

JD:

v     SAP Consultant with more than 6 years of experience in SAP HR with at least 2 years in SAP Incentive Management.

v     The candidate should be able to collaborate with business team to gather requirements using his/her sound understanding of Incentive Management processes followed in the Retail industry.

v     Experience in gathering requirements, conducting workshops with IT and business teams in conjunction with SAP members is a mandatory requirement.

v     Experience in implementing SAP HR Enterprise Compensation Management, Benefits and US Payroll is required.

v     Exposure to Vistex would be a plus. Exposure to technical design/development would be a plus.

v     Candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be a good coordinator in a multi-stakeholder environment.
