Hybrid Business Analyst with DataStage Experience

DUTIES:

• Partner with various customer service subject matter experts (SMEs) to acquire data cleansing business rules on identified and prioritized data cleansing issues.
• For each issue, work with SMEs to lead the processes to translate business rules into data cleansing rules
• For each issue, lead the data analysis required and design a recommended cleansing approach for each issue including:
• Automate and / or manual cleansing of issue
• Using PLSQL/DataStage for cleansing of issue
• Identify required follow-up system user training
• Identify required New error handling/data controls in new CIS
• Provide general technical support to fellow team members as they implement and test the designed cleansing approach
• Includes attaining a working knowledge and supporting the team's source control and release management processes

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with 3+ of the following
• Appworx / UC4/Atomic Job Scheduling
• Subversion / GIT Source Control
• IBM WS Quality Stage
• IBM Info Sphere Info Analyzer
• Oracle Customer Care & Billing, Meter Data Management and / or Oracle Device Manager
• Indus Banner Customer Information System

Preferred Skills:

• 3 or more years of experience with:
• Oracle PLSQL
• Unix and
• IBM WebSphere DataStage
