Need: People soft Payroll Functional Consultant

Title: People soft Payroll Functional Consultant
Local: IL - Blooming ton 
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: $55/hr on C2C basis

Client: CSC

Should have 8 - 10 years of PeopleSoft Experience with a minimum of 6 years of Functional Experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management (including HRMS Security) is mandatory. 

PeopleSoft Upgrade Experience. 

Solid understanding of NA payroll tables, NA payroll cycle, processes and reporting 

Ability to understand customer requirements, possess clarity of thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to Functional requirements and design 

Should be able to demonstrate a very good functional understanding including process flows, configurations & setup of the modules handled Strong skills to understand existing implementation/setups in a short time work on functional aspects of incidents & propose accurate solutions. 

Ability to work independently and unsupervised in a dynamic and multi-project environment 

Should possess a strong belief in following standard & recommended Peoplesoft SDLC processes 

Note: Candidates with Technical exposure & background with demonstrated ability to play techno functional role (max of 70%Functional & 30%Technical) will be given preference.
