*        Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or similar
*        8+ years working experience
*        Strong understanding of OOP and SDLC for enterprise software design and development 
*        Ability to work autonomously or under direct supervision 
*        Proficiency with Java 1.7 / 1.8 for enterprise
*        Proficiency with "modern web development
*        Proficiency with modern web paradigm 
*        Client server software development
*        Responsive vs. Adaptive
*        Separation of Concern ( client and server-side)
*        AJAX
*        Web sockets
*        REST, JSON, BSON, XML
*        HTTP Codes, HTTP Verbs, HTTP Routing
*        Cross domain development and policy
*        API development
*        Authentication and authorization protocols 
*        DNS routing (A Record, C Name, MX Record, etc)
*        Proficiency with Spring Boot
*        Proficiency with Spring / MVC
*        Proficiency with Spring REST
*        Proficiency with Spring Data
*        Proficiency JMS / Pub-Sub/ Active MQ/ Rabbit MQ
*        Proficiency with relation database(s) MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata
*        Proficiency with GIT based source management 
*        Proficient with Apache/ Tomcat / NGinx web configurations 
*        Working knowledge of JavaScript development jQuery, Angular, Backbone, Grunt, Bower, Node
*        Working knowledge of CI/ Maven / Jenkins
*        Working knowledge of SCRUM and/or Agile ceremonies
*        Exposure to Redis
*        Exposure to NoSQL database(s) like Mongo DB, Rethink DB, Hbase, Cassandra, etc
*        Exceptional attention to detail Essential 

Responsibilities:
*        Develop and deploy reliable and durable software based systems that can coordinate across multiple platforms (client, server, web, mobile, social, etc)
*        Adhere to software development best practices and /or guidelines set forth by development team leaders and /or architects
*        Participate in SCRUM ceremonies like daily stand-up, sizing, planning, and delivery sessions.
*        Ability to work independently or as part of a team
*        Ability to self-direct work
*        Strong written and verbal communication skills
*        Ability to effectively communication across teams and geographies to facilitate work using all tools at your disposal (email, phone, skype, IM, conference call, tele-presence, etc)
