· IBM Cognos TM1 Experience working in Application Support and Maintenance projects Strong analytical and problem solving skills

SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

· Analyze and Resolve incidents, tickets and problems

· Co-ordination with Offshore team, Client team and Business Users at Onsite

· Analyze, design and develop minor enhancements

· Monitor batch schedule & performance issues

· Resolve issues/action items

· Escalate issues to team lead

· Track work allocation and report to team lead 8 Provide on-call support for critical and high priority incidents
