Location :           Raleigh, North Carolina

Duration :           6-12 months contract  

 

Job Description:

MUST HAVE: FACETS Healthcare Payer platform, Root Cause Analysis

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager. This position works directly with IS or the software vendor to address business issues within their domain area. 

Monitor and analyze data generated from Café Tx Error reports of each Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Carveout on a daily basis using CAFÉ Tx Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 

Monitor and analyze data generated from Out of Balance (OOB) Reconciliation reports of each PBM Carveout (to include Prime) on a weekly basis using BPE Reconciliation Process 

Identify trends and participate in problem-solving, investigation using Issue Resolution Methodology to make recommendations to the team while documenting via the CAMS repository.  

Develop & Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports (dashboard) for distribution to management & Accumulator Team while providing ongoing statistics for ad hoc reporting or related questions. Collaborate with SMEs to develop new reports and report templates to support business needs(future state of Facets reporting)
