Job Responsibilities:

Involved with full life cycle of the recruitment and aware with the Business Process of US recruitment.

Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active and passive consultants.

Maintain relationships with candidates and customers to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.

Utilize passive recruiting techniques on LinkedIn and other social media websites.

Researched and analyzed target markets to develop strategic and tactical plans to grow business.

Build up the entire recruiting process, which includes: Structuring the recruiting process, researching and selecting our vendors for Applicant Tracking System, Drug Screens and Background Checks, Search Tools, Job Posting Sites, etc. 

Experience in using CRM tool BullHorn in order to track and manage candidates and be able to track the statistics.
