Requisition Details: 

The individual is expected to have excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills along with a passion towards helping customers by laying out the roadmap to achieve success in their business. Also he should be a salesforce.com functional person.   Motivating project team members to action. Experience in Onshore – offshore coordination.

Relevant Experience:

• Around 5-7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce. 
  
• Understands the client requirement.
  
• Experience in designing the Salesforce compatible solution.
  
• Exposure in writing User Stories for development and testing team.
  
• Lead the development team by providing the guidance and support that are required to deliver the user stories.
  
• Review the code and test scripts.
  
• Experience in handling Client and Technical Team.
  
• Provide the technical support to offshore team.
  
• Client expectation management.
  
• Resource Management.
  
• Risk/Issue management
  
• End-to-End Project Delivery (Detail Design + Build + test + deploy + Post production support).

Desirable Qualification :

• At least 2 or more from the following
  
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator
  
• Salesforce.com Certified Developer
  
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1
