JOB SUMMARY
Bachelors or Masters degree with 8-10 years of experience working in a techno-functional/lead role.
Profound experience in Pickbasic /Unibasic Programming and Unidata database.
Ability to understand legacy programs, modify and improve other people's work when necessary
Techno-Functional having knowledge in Finance Modules.
Experience in the aerospace industry is desirable but not mandatory
Must have good Project Management and presentation skills.
Experience in writing Technical and Functional Specifications starting with minimal requirements
Must be able to work as a liaison between IT and Business
Must have good communication and strong client facing skills.
Must have good experience working in offshore and Onsite model.
Must have Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in transitioning work from projects or enhancement teams to ongoing support teams is a big plus
Experience in projects as well as support environments
Experience in transitioning work is desirable.
Level of Work
Pickbasic code understanding, analysis and reverse engineering
Programming using Pickbasic/Unibasic and Unidata database
Liaisoning between Business and IT
Requirement gathering and analysis
Get work done using onsite offshore model.
Help establishing a larger Pickbasic team across onsite and offshore
