Sr. Testing and Optimization Consultant
Primary role is to drive the digital testing program's success.
The focus is on recommending areas to test, ensuring tests are designed correctly to achieve statistically significant results in a reasonable amount of time, analyzing test performance using T-SQL, SAS, statistical modeling techniques and then communicating actionable insights.
Educating rest of the organization on A/B testing.
The Sr. Testing and Optimization Consultant is a self-starter who can prioritize against many competing initiatives, works on multiple projects concurrently and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Compiling/mining data in Teradata using T-SQL
Analyzing data using tools like SAS, R, Tableau, Excel, statistical modeling techniques
Delivering incremental revenue goals through testing initiatives
Developing marketing A/B testing roadmap
Aligning leadership and cross-functional teams on key objectives and priorities
Establishing and enforcing testing process
Improving business performance metrics by focusing on most impactful areas
Communicating test results and providing recommendations
Creating positive testing culture throughout ecommerce department
Educating organization on A/B testing
Outlining future business needs and new capabilities
Delivering customer insights and actionable learnings through testing.
**Master Degree a plus
Technical competencies:
Experience in statistical analysis
Experience in SQL
Experience working with behavioral and online media data sources
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Have proven analytical skills
Have the drive to innovate and drive actionable results
Have the ability to prioritize, focus on ideas and features that will have significant impact and value
Design experiments and test hypotheses
Experience with SQL, Teradata and Cognos – nice to have

Hands-on, in-depth experience with Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, Force.com IDE and Force.com Ajax Toolkit
Salesforce.com configuration and application design skills
Knowledge of XML, HTML, DHTML, CSS, SOAP/REST and Javascript preferred
Salesforce.com integration experience preferred
Full knowledge of common software design patterns (Gang of Four)
6-8 years' experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design
6-8 years' experience with distributed systems development
3-6 years' experience with real time, high volume transaction systems preferred
Experience working with highly concurrent systems preferred
Financial services/brokerage experience preferred
Experience with real time processing, relational database systems, and data
Ability to interpret business requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience working with core business logic within applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Candidate should have at least one of the following salesforce certifications: DEV 401, App Builder, Platform Developer 1.
Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
