Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 12+ Months

Job description:

The .Net Tech Lead should be able to lead an Agile team of Dev/QA from a technical perspective. Interact with various stakeholders including product, business analysts to come up with technical solutions and design for the features assigned to the team. Should have experience in leading an Agile Team. Should be hands on with .Net, Asp.Net MVC, OOPS technologies. Should have experience in designing technical solutions in the .Net world.

·         12+ Yrs of IT Experience and should have experience working as a Lead

·         Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles

·         Experience with Web technologies such as Asp.Net Web forms, Asp.Net MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.

·         C#, VB.Net, WCF, LINQ to SQL, Entity Framework, Team Foundation Server

·         .Net Framework 4.x

·         Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)

·         Experience with Web Services, WCF,.Net Remoting and Service Oriented Architecture a plus

·         Unit testing and mocking (MS Test and MoQ) is a plus

·         Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology using TFS as the tool

·         Experience of working effectively as part of a team

·         Good written and verbal communication skills, Inter-personal skills

·         A flexible approach and ability to adapt, ability to work under own initiative
