Requirements:-

-          Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or equivalent work experience is required.

-          5+ years of Business Analyst experience.

-          Healthcare background is a HUGE bonus!

-          Pharmacy related projects are a bonus.

-          Strong experience writing user stories/use cases.

-          Outstanding communication skills, must be able to communicate with all levels, effectively.

-          Need to be able to elicit requirements from scratch, and has a solid foundation overall gathering requirements.

-          Have experience working within a PMO. Preferably Enterprise PMO.

-          Healthcare insurance enrollment background is also a huge.
