Role

• Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Payroll Solution Delivery with Oracle EBS payroll experience, within a large environment.
• The Senior Business Analyst for the Payroll solution delivery team is responsible for BA leadership and project execution.
• The role leverages business analysis, Payroll and Payroll Tax business process and application expertise to effectively deliver Payroll solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines integrated business and functional requirements.
• Accountable for creation, execution and communication of the project BA plan (estimates, schedule and deliverables).
• Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques.
• Process maps Data flow diagrams

Requirements specifications :

• Use case scenarios Acceptance testing Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational).
• Communicates effectively with senior Business users to identify and prioritize needs, articulate business impact and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements.
• Coordinates activities across cross-functional teams and Senior Stakeholders (Business and IT).
• Ensures the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results.
• Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
• Coaches team Client in the delivery of artifacts for assigned projects.
• Networks with the BA community to share best practice and develop BA competency.

Requirements :

• 5+ years IT BA experience Strong understanding and exhibited experience with business analysis best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit and analyze business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver functional specifications, system configuration and test cases.
• Experience working with Payroll and Payroll Tax business processes and applications.
• Expertise in Oracle e-Business Suite Payroll modules.
• Knowledge of IT Software development lifecycle and understanding of IT project methodology.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member alongside matrix project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Experience and Skills CBAP/CCAB certification a plus.
• Experience with complex HCM ERP implementations.
• Experience with working on a Payroll Year End Project for a large retailer.
• Experience with Oracle SQL *Plus and PL/SQL.
• Basic knowledge of SPI, PCI, PII and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree and applicable certifications a plus.
