Job Title: Software Packager(SCCM)

Location: Marlborough, MA

Duration: 12 + Months Contract

Our client is seeking an Software Packager(SCCM)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience with enterprise level automated software deployments – specifically SCCM
•  3-5 years' experience with Flexera\Admin Studio and Microsoft App-V and AppX
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Registry, MSI, MST,MSP, AppX, Exe, SFX

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility would consist of preparing applications for automated deployment, in both native, AppX and App-V instances, as well as initial testing of application package builds.
• An ideal candidate will be experienced in shell and powershell scripting, and Microsoft App-V sequencing as well as InstallShield (Flexera Admin Studio) packaging.
• A strong familiarity/ experience with SCCM is a must.
• A strong understanding of network basics, Active Directory and troubleshooting is required.
• Good understanding of Windows platform underlying services and technologies both Workstation and Server
• Understanding of Software protection execution like Carbon Black Endpoint Protection
• Understanding of Antivirus/malware software like Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Good communication and customer service skills are required.
• Looking for a self-motivated problem solver who can get up to speed quickly, requires minimal supervision, and is capable of mentoring other packagers in the immediate future.
