Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA (Local Only)

Job Description -
Qualifications:
Must have knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing disciplines along with experience with all phases and stages of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance). Excellent communication, decision making, and project management skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills necessary to identify programming errors or inconsistencies and the ability to recommend solutions. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment. Understanding of business procedures and financial services operations and products preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead and/or participate in testing of high complexity to ensure that software meets end-user requirements, design specifications and development standards. Critique software process to assure quality and to identify potential improvement opportunities. Proficient Java skills required. Automated testing experience is a required, as is experience in writing Cucumber integration tests. Experience with SQL and rest services is preferred. Expectations include the ability to take direction from team leadership, then work fairly independently to deliver team objectives. Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred. Candidate needs to exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. This position is for RIS. This person will be preforming day to day QA responsibilities, including both manual testing and writing automation.
