Headway Tek offers strategy consulting, software development, Application Management, Quality Assurance and Staff Augmentation services in these areas of specialization.

Job Description :

 

Ø  Looking for 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Ø  Hands on experience on Full time Positions

Ø  Understanding the job requirements thoroughly

Ø  Being hands-on on various job boards including running Boolean search and being creative to find the right fit

Ø  Hands on experience on various social networking sites

Ø  Stay connected with the consultants, coordinate interviews and ensuring smooth delivery if selected

Ø  Ability to qualify resumes and technically evaluate consultants based on parameters defined in the requirement

Ø  Good understanding of documents involved like exclusivity agreement, MSA, PO/SOW etc

Ø  Sound understanding of tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099 etc.

Ø  Ability to negotiate commercials like hourly rate, salaries etc.

Ø  Good working relations with vendors and ability of sourcing consultants through known vendors

Ø  Ability to multitask and work in changing environment and stay focused on results

Ø  Zeal to work hard and ability to learn quickly

 

Experience/Educational Qualifications:

 

Ø  Any Graduation

Ø  Proven organizational and process oriented skills

Ø  Good Communication Skills
