Job Description:
· Define the requirements for a successful Onboarding experience from a new employee at eBay from a systems perspective
· Define the requirements for a successful applicant experience from a systems perspective
· Evaluate data integration and migration factors and provide recommendations
· Implement required components of Workday Recruit to enable desired experience
Key Skills and Qualifications
*Strong Workday configuration skills and attention to detail
*Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Absence configuration(functional) experience
· High-tech industry background, Workday Business Process Configuration
· Extensive Workday Core HCM
· Knowledge of Workday Recruit is a plus
· Strong systems implementation experience
· 5 years of Business Analyst experience in HR space
· Strong MS Office skills
· Professional presence and ability to influence without a formal level of authority
· Ability to move at "speed of tech"
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong team-working skills
