Perform Configuration, Development, Support and maintenance of the ServiceNow Application.
Works with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose and deliver solutions on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL Processes like Requests, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and other modules
Design, Develop, build and customize applications or provide support responsibilities to end-users of SNOW
Administer the workflows on the ServiceNow, implement new systems or add-ons , hope with problem resolution and test systems for efficiency
Work Closely with other IT specialist to ensure that workflow solutions are implemented uniformly across a network.
Having Developer knowledge is a plus
Should definitely have understanding of ITSM Modules
Having understanding of HR Modules is a Plus
