Experience/Background:

10 years experience at an investment bank. Significant project management experience with complex stakeholder group. Strong UAT and Equity knowledge required.

 

Skills:

Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills; Self-motivated and prepared to work independently; Detail oriented, and able work under pressure in a fast paced environment; Personal computer aptitude, including proficiency in MS Office and project; Strong interpersonal, leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills.

 

Activities to Support:

·     Develop and deliver project plans

·     Coordinate with IT, Equities, operations, finance to scope cross border solutions

·     Actualize Communication Forums

·     Administer Defect and Issue Tracking

·    Compile Status Reporting

·     Ensure PM Basics consistently adhered to

·     Central Change Management Tracking

·     External program dependency tracking

·     Work with  PMO's to synthesize escalation issues
