QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work
experience
7+ years experience as a technical project manager
7+ years experience in managing highly scalable web and/or enterprise
software projects
Self-starter that can drive complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience using Agile
Knowledge of Web Technologies, previous development experience is a strong plus
Experience with online games
Experience with Flash
Experience with AIR, Flash Video and optimization of files for web
delivery a strong plus
