Management, Product Governance & Compliance.
• Install & Configure Agile 9.3
• Expertise with ACP tool usage
• Upgrade Agile from 9.2.2.x to 9.2.2.4 or 9.3.
• Platform Migration experience.
• Configuring AutoVue Server with Agile PLM.
• Agile integration with ERP's like Oracle Application R12.
• Knowledge of SOA Architecture 10.1.3.1, AIA Foundation pack and
Agile PIP, Apache Tomcat.
• Experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design and
implementation.
• Knowledge in Agile Administration tasks like creating privilege
criteria, masks and roles, user management.
• Knowledge in standard and custom Agile work flow definition &
administration.
• Experience in Agile 9.x PLM implementation.

Windows required for configuring the IIS server with the GRC Manager

Description: Seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our On
Demand Hyperion Operations team. This team manages & supports high
performance, scalable, web and database server components for Oracle
Hyperion, Essbase and Financial management and Planning application.
This position requires strong troubleshooting skills in a 24x7
customer facing, revenue generating environment
? Provide Hyperion application and database support
? Installation /Upgrade/Patching of Hyperion Essbase server and
Financial planning application
? Critical assistance, either as a result of P1 service requests or at
customer request
? Working with Service Engineering to design certified configurations
and other tools in OnDemand like password manager
? Researching new product features • Knowledge transfer to end-users
and technical staff
? Establishing procedures, guidelines and techniques to maximize
system availability

As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to
customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added
Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the
installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. You
must have an understanding of all Oracle products in their
competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or
platforms. Also, you should be highly experienced in multiple
platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal
direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act
independently while researching and developing solutions to customer
issues.

Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May
have project lead role. Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years experience
with Hyperion Essbase Server and other Hyperion applications like
Financial Management and Planning. Experience with other Oracle
Applications products and have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer
Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/
Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA OR (for Applications) proven
professional/ technical experience, i.e., demonstrating an
understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level
(preferably Oracle)

Preferred Requirements:
? Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase Server 9 and other Hyperion
applications like Financial Management and Planning.
? Knowledge of Oracle 10g and iAS 10g
? In-depth experience with Installation/Upgrade/Patching with Hyperion
Essbase and other applications
? Knowledge of User Management in Essbase, experience with Integrating
Hyperion with OID LDAP Server
? Knowledge of Administration & Shared Services, and registering
Hyperion & shared services
? Knowledge of HTTP load Balancer like BIG-IP
? Working Knowledge on Linux platform desirable
? Experience with Financial Management DCOM technology
? Experience with Hyperion client application like Excel Adds-on, and
other client tools
? Customer Support and/or consulting experience preferable
