Urgently Need SAP HR Payroll with ABAP / MO ( Local preferred ) / 12 Months+...!!!

SAP Payroll with abap

Location-: MO

12 Months

SAP Payroll, BSI tax software, ABAP and kronos is a plus.

 

Local candidates preferred, face to face interview required************************

The candidate should have 4+ years experience maintaining SAP payroll systems. This includes knowledge and experience as follows:
* Familiar with the SAP payroll process from time evaluation to final postings.
* Experience working directly with end users to troubleshoot issues. They should have good people and communication skills.
* Experience creating and maintain payroll rules and schemas
* Troubleshooting data entry errors (deduction amount was entered incorrectly)
* Setting up new payroll companies
* Creating new payment codes requested by Payroll.
* Knowledge and experience with BSI tax software.
* SAP patch/upgrade testing and support
* Creating ad hoc and payroll reconciliation reports
* Create additional payroll deductions and map to 3rd party vendors.
* Change SAP calendars for Redwood.
* Change unemployment rates in BSI
* Configure new hourly rates and annual pay increases
* Experience with configuration of 401K Pre-Tax and Roth 401K plans.
* Experience with the integration betweens the benefits and payroll modules.
* Experience creating function specs ABAP development.
Knowledge of the Kronos software package is a plus but not required.
