Interview Type: Phone + Face to Face interview

 Description:

 Required Skills:

* Experience with rapid Agile software development

* Proven coding experience with ASP and .NET

* Proven experience understanding business flows

* Proven experience development web offerings

* Ability to agile code with minimum documentation

 Desired Skills:

* Excellent ability to communicate in business speak

* Excellent ability to quickly understand processes

* Familiarity with BPM, BPR, and/or BizTalk
