Job Description
Must Have Skills: • Strong Flex and Flash development skills of 3 to 5 years. • Strong in end to end software development cycle design, development, unit testing in a  agile  development  methodology. • Web  2.0  skills  on  collaboration, social networking  etc., • Strong UI design  skills. • HTML / Javascript / Action Script will be mandatory.   Desired Skills: Strong  Portal  development  skills J2EE Servers – Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic will be a great plus. Job Roles / Responsibilities:      Design, Development and testing. Strong  communication skills and work with distributed teams  in a  collaborative  fashion. Strong UI and  Portal  development  experience.
