Specifically, the opportunity that I would like to discuss with you is for "Oracle Apps DBA " with my direct client.

 

Job Description:

 

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months

Milwaukee,WI

 

 

This candidate will be the sole Apps DBA, therefore they are looking for an individual that was NOT part of a team, rather that was working independently for a company.

• Experience in managing a RAC environment
• Work in a high-availability environment with Weblogic and Portal
• Working knowledge of Linux

• Experience in managing an application server in high availability mode.  Specifically experience in management of either Oracle's 10g Application Server or 10g or 11g WebLogic Server.
• Knowledge of how to configure web server for Oracle Forms, Reports, Java and Oracle Portal.
