Job Description:
Cognos Planning Consultant
Strong background in Finance
Activities:
- Applications and User Support
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Application monitoring
- Minor and major enhancements
- Able to work on call after hours, weekends and holidays when needed
depending on project structure.
Responsibilities:
- To communicate work team status to Service Manager.
- To assist to the Service Manager in planning and deciding on
allocation of requests.
- To maintain problem log and defect statistics.
- To report risks to Service Manager and assist Service Manager in
planning for contingencies.
- Commit with SLAs established for support and maintenance project.

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- To provide support according to established support process,
and their particular support type.
- To document the identified changes.
- To implement approved changes to their support process.
- Document knowledge and applications
