PeopleSoft HR Analyst / MA

The client is looking for strong candidates who have been technical earlier in their career and who are now more functional

 

PeopleSoft  HR Analyst Experience in PeopleSoft HR (v8.9 and 9.0) functionality, configuration, and security setup.  Understanding of VSO PeopleSoft HR implementation and structure.  Able to analyze effect of adding/removing a company into existing data, configuration and security.  Understand data storage behind functional application area and identify various tables used. Experience with PeopleSoft migration scripts, data analysis, and impact assessments.

 

Expert understanding of the following PeopleSoft modules/functions:

•           Absence Module and Leave processing – This seems to be their main focus point

•           PeopleSoft Time and Labor

•           E-Recruit

•           PeopleSoft Security and Dept Tree manager

•           E-Perfomance
