Requirement for Flex developers in CA

Hi,

Here is the new requirement for Flex Developer position at CA. Please let me know if you have anyone available?

Job Overview:  Work with Technical Product Manager to define GUI workflows, screens, components, and behavior.  Develop Rich Internet Application (RIA) screens and components / widgets using Flash & Flex technologies.

 

Job Functions:

1.         Participate in SDLC Process includes design, coding, reviews, testing and documentation.

2.         Understand Hitachi Storage specific technologies

3.         Enhance existing code to support new features.

4.         Provide ongoing support and maintenance of developed code.

5.         Interact with Product Management for GUI requirements, participate and review GUI guidelines.

6.         Develop and maintain test code for GUI screens and components

 

Primary Qualifications:

•           BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree

•           7+ years of overall experience including

•           3-5 years of Flash experience

•           1-2 years of Flex experience

•           Graphics Design experience and web usability experience are big plus

•           String knowledge of HTTP protocol, AJAX Design patterns and Action Script programming (including object oriented coding, events, class/package structures).

•           Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals (ie. data structures, algorithms)

•           Experience with Pure MVC, Cairngorm, and other Flex frameworks

•           Knowledge of UI design principles & expertise in developing interactive websites.

•           Ability to maintain high Quality standards, be a self learner and have the drive to Innovate.

•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•           Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•           Programming with Java and XML is a plus.
