Job Title: Lead / Senior Java developer

Location: MD

Duration : 6 Months

Rate :$45/hr

  Job Description:

7+ years of experience in Java software development.

2+ years of experience in Omniture Tag implementation, Google Analystics, Web Trends

Experience in Java technologies including J2SE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Tomcat, JDBC, XML/XSLT and Web Services (SOAP and WSDL).

Experience with J2EE, JBOSS, JMS, Log4j, Apache Jakarta, and other open source software.

Experience with Lucene, Struts, spring, Hibernate, and Portals desirable.

Experience with relational databases (especially Oracle and MS SQL Server).

Strong data modeling skills including relational modeling is required. Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Maintenance) is required.

Understanding of web application design (e.g. including formal methodologies, data modeling, and object-oriented design) is required.
