REQUIREMENT

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have 5+ years of in-depth SAP HR ABAP Experience
Must have 5+ year of in depth experience with Netweaver XI, OO ABAP, BSP, Web Dynpro for ABAP
Must have a strong understanding of SAP Shift Planning and all the Integration points with other SAP modules including HCM
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.  
Serve as a member of the Development Team writing technical specifications, development, and unit testing of ABAP programs.
Must be able to work independently
Hands-on experience all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and support
Proficient in SAP Development environment including Interfaces, Reporting, Dialog programming, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Workflow, Function Modules, RFCs, IDOCs, ALE, Custom Security, Performance Tuning.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Understanding of HR configuration or experience in functional role.
Understand the Integration between HR and FICO for Time Management and Payroll
