Information Architect

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Duration:  6 Months

 

 

Experienced in Information Architecture and Usability consulting with good understanding of User centric design process and should be involved in all stages of Usability life cycle, including various data gathering methods and usability testing.

 

–        User Interface design concepts

–        Data Gathering methods

–        Cognitive walkthroughs, Contextual Inquiry, Focus groups, Persona creation, User Research and testing 

–        GUI design and application strategy experience with emphasis on information architecture and interaction design for software applications.

–        Experience working with project teams to help define the overall user experience strategy, create interaction models, architect effective solutions using wire frames solutions and prototypes

–        Analytical skills with the ability to identify and communicate clients' usability challenges.

–        Experience performing heuristic evaluations and usability tests as well as documenting results and translating the findings into design improvements.  Experience in storyboard concept of UI design a plus

–        Experience with information design and navigation systems

–        Experience with application workflow diagramming

–        Experience in presales activities for proposal creations

–        Experience in Accessibility and W3c standards
