Philadelphia, PA: SAP Netweaver Administrator (Contract)
Duration: 12+ months
The candidate will be responsible for implementing, administering and
supporting SAP Netweaver J2EE/ABAP stacks running on an HP-UX
platform. The consultant/architect will be responsible for planning
and supporting all technical aspects of an implementation project.
They will facilitate the definition of all relevant aspects of
operating and technical architecture of system; doing feasibility
studies on system performance, and project reviews. Depending on the
scope and complexity of the implementation, the candidate may work in
several areas, for example, system administration, database
administration, network administration and operating system
administration. Administration tasks include installing and upgrading
SAP, applying support packs, applying kernel upgrades, installing
third party software interfacing with SAP, participating in system
copies/refreshes, performing installation qualifications to satisfy QA
requirements, and participating in problem resolution including an
on-call rotation. The candidate must have proven experience in
supporting complex implementations of SAP based infrastructure
solutions with diverse knowledge/expertise of multiple SAP products,
including ECC, Enterprise Portal, BW, SRM, SCM, CRM, and Solution
Manager
