Duration: Until October most likely to be extended for another 6 months

Description:

MUST HAVE SKILLS

 

• 3-5 years experience with Data Integration and Data Warehousing environments / corresponding concepts
• 3-5 years experience in Data Warehousing data population techniques for target structures such as Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas, and highly normalized data models
• 2-5 years experience with JavaCAPS (jcaps) (java caps) (caps)
• Must have experience with Java, JMS, XML and Web Services
• Excellent ETL staging environment development skills
• Excellent at performance tuning ETL processes (concepts such as parallelization, caching, sorting, and indexing).
• Excellent SQL programming skills
• Excellent relational database knowledge
• Excellent problem solving skills

 Nice to have Skills:

• Comfortable with data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schemas, highly normalized data models), and familiar with data modeling tools such as PowerDesigner or Erwin
• Comfortable with physical database administration concepts such as table partitioning, materialized views, and indexing strategies and their role within the Data Warehousing environment. Corresponding experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle and SQL Server
