Title: Programmer Analyst
Location: Rochester, MN
Duration: 06 months

Responsibilities:

Develop infrastructure (workflows, tools, databases, and applications)
using open-source and custom developed applications to support
genomics.

Automate and simplify the genomic analysis and data management
lifecycle

Required/Desired Skills & Experience:

3+ years experience with UNIX and Java are required

3+ years experience with Perl is highly preferred.

2+ years experience with clustered environments is desirable.

The preferred candidate will have genomics domain expertise.

Knowledge of the InforSense workflow tool is preferred.
