This is for one of our client opening for Senior Project Manager exp with PeopleSoft in Owings Mills, MD. This is a 4+ months Contract position. The hourly rate is DOE.

Position Description:
PeopleSoft Project Manger responsible for the management of a PeopleSoft HCM upgrade from V8.8 to 9.1. The person should have experience with the PeopleSoft applications from a technical and business perspective with the ability to provide expertise to develop the project timeline and identify resource requirements. Candidate should have strong analytical skills to assist with the definition, process reengineering, and approach for the installation of new functionality.
General duties: Responsible for defining project scope, guidelines, and coordination of resources to execute project. In addition, the Project Manager will communicate deliverables/milestone, and will direct staff internally and/or externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in spec delivery of product/project. Project Managers understand a multitude of methodologies and have a strong technical background. Furthermore, they have the ability to participate in client presentations.

Skill Experience Need:
PeopleSoft V8.8, V9.1, People Tools, upgrade experience, installation/configuration experience, functional and technical expertise.
