So basically they are looking for a 10++ year LEAD with HEAVY FACETS (maybe consultant out of Trizetto) experience.  HEAVY Claims experience.

Here is the full description:
Qualifications:  Sr. Systems Analyst with strong SQL / query, data mapping, data modeling experience.
Facets, Facets (accumulators).

Agile skills are a must.  Knowledge of Facets extensions, imaging workflow, customer service  and Web displays.

Leadership / project management skills.
The Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for one or more projects to coordinate with business analysts in defining scope, specifying detailed applications and data requirements, identifying impacts to systems and interfaces. Must also document results all results and communicate effectively to all team members.

Requirements:
Strong leadership / project management skills.
Experience leading at least 2 or more Agile projects.
12+ years IT experience.
Previous Healthcare experience, 5+ years systems analysis and requirements gathering, data analysis, functional definitions are required .
Requirements gathering from business stakeholders, functional specifications, JAD sessions, test/use case .
Sr. Systems Analyst with strong SQL / query, data mapping, data modeling experience.
Knowledge of Facets extensions, imaging workflow, customer service  and Web displays.
Agile skills are a must.  
General knowledge of membership and /or claims processing on pharmacy systems.  The ideal candidate would know something about PHS, but other systems (e.g.Argus) would   be acceptable.  
Knowledge of Rx prior authorization would be very helpful. 
Facets, Facets (accumulators) a huge plus.
MS office, general UML skills are required.
