Our client, based in NYC, NY, is looking to bring aboard a Business Analyst Consultant.

 Project duration: 6+ months

 Must know reporting for contact centers really well.  BA will help with requirements for recreating existing reports and creating new reports with new infrastructure. Client is putting in a suite - two IVR apps, client self service and field, Avaya IC and building a new agent desktop that logs the calls and shares context with their existing applications.  

 Client needs someone that knows contact centers and reporting using the Avaya suite.  The engagement would start as a BA role but could easily become a PM role if the candidate has those skills.
