Job Role : .Net Developer
Duration : 12 Months.
Location : Orlando, FL

General Qualifications
Degree Preference: BS Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering degree preferred

Required General Skills
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels, including: programmers, non-technical project managers, business analysts, and customers.
2) Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
3) Effective organizational skills, demonstrated by ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and be attentive to details.
4) Must be a team player.
5) Minimum 5 years software development experience, with majority of recent experience with Microsoft development technologies.
 
Required Technical Skills
1) Developer-.NET C# - Expert with 4 year(s) experience.
Must have significant, recent experience with C#, ASP.NET, and web services (C# experience is not optional).
2) Understands factors that influence application performance and scalability; Previous Internet development experience - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.
Experience with enterprise and/or high-volume systems.
3) SQL Server database design and stored procedure development - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.
4) Applying service-oriented concepts in application architecture.
5) Object-oriented analysis, design, and development - Intermediate with 5 year(s) experience.
Classroom OO knowledge is not sufficient - expected to understand concepts, and have experience applying on many projects.
 
Preferred Technical Skills
1) Experience with a formal methodology.
Experience with an iterative, agile process would be a plus.
2) Experience with automated unit testing and automated software build processes.
Experience with unit testing and TFS preferred.
