Job Title          :  Business Analyst.
Location         :  Philadelphia,PA.
Duration         :  6 Months Contract.
 
Must have "Telecom industry experience"
 
Required skills:
Looking for someone to document business requirements (business requirements, use cases, system flows, etc.)
for several consumer facing web applications including Comcast authentication system, uid registration system. 
They use Java and .Net, but knowledge of the implementation languages should not be required. 
They may need some help documenting technical requirements in the future.  The Identity Services "product" includes applications that users interact with (authentication, uid management, etc.
It also includes software components that don't have a user interface (e.g. access control and profile apis). 
We will provide technical requirements / specifications to the engineering team without dictating architecture or details like programming language. 
There will be some interaction with Engineers, but the role won't require authoring detailed design docs, run books, etc
