Business Intelligence Developer

IN PERSON INTERVIEW A MUST

 Primary Responsibilities

 Design, develop and maintain BI and Data Warehouse based solutions

• Work with business customers in gathering and documenting requirements
• Work individually or as part of a team
• Ensure quality of work at all times

 Required Skills/Experience

 6 plus years of experience in developing IT applications

• 3 or more years of experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (2005 and above), SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience working with BIDS and knowledge of performance tuning of SSAS cubes
• 4 plus years of experience with relational database management systems - preferably SQL Server or Oracle
• Very Strong Data Modeling Skills
• Knowledge of MDX statements and functions to create complex calculations
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• 2 or more years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Prior experience in architecting applications, user interface design and detailed system design
• Knowledge of administration procedures and processes associated with SQL Server Analysis Services

 Desired Skills/Experience 

• Media Industry experience (highly desirable)
• VB.NET Programming Skills
• Strong OOAD skills
