Manager Note: PeopleSoft developer HCMS ( Support of HCMS 8.9 Payroll / Benefits administration and Core HR functionality)

Job Description:

The Client is starting a project to upgrade PeopleSoft HCMS from version 8.9 to 9.1. The ideal candidate would have worked as technical developer supporting PeopleSoft 8.8 / 8.9 / 9.X HCMS and would also have the following skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• 6-10 years experience with PeopleTools (application designer, query tool and DMS)
• Able to debug complex PeopleCode, app package and AE (Application Engine) programs
• Understanding IB (Integration Broker) is a plus
• Specific module experience (Payroll or Benefits administration or Core HR)
• Able to customize code and unit test based on user requirements
• Able to analyze BRS and document design
• Able to support and resolve production issues
• SQR, Oracle, and Unix
• Experience using PS Query or native SQL (Oracle) tools such as SQL Navigator

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Standard Skills	SQL			Extensive Experience		6-10 years
Operating Systems/APIs	UNIX			Working Experience
Packaged Applications	PeopleSoft			Extensive Experience		6-10 years

Technical	PeopleTools			Extensive Experience		6-10 years

ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Specific Module experience (Payroll or Benefits administration or Core HR). Work on a 9.1 upgrade project a plus.
