3-6 months temp to perm (possible direct hire)

Looking for a Sr. Tester/Lead to build out a QA process and further down the road, a team. This resource should have a strong background in Web, Microsoft technologies (.Net), and prefereably worked with multiple media players.

Functional, Unit and Regression testing front-end based.
Have to know how to read requirements and build out test cases
Visual Studio, Telerek, CPine QA Wizard possibly in place for functional side (although open to suggestions there).
