Job Description:

Resource Role:                   Testing Manager

Resource Primary Skill:        Test Management Coordination

 

 Specific Requirements:          

· Bachelors Degree in information systems or business-related field, or equivalent work experience required.  CQA/CSTE certification a plus.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills of both technical and business nature.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Excellent comprehensive test planning skills with the ability to organize, execute, delegate, and control work flow.

· Excellent trouble shooting skills with the ability to identify defects and provide detailed written descriptions of problems uncovered during testing.

· Ability to understand and translate use cases and system requirements into test cases and scripts.

· Ability to analyze technical applications and to apply that knowledge in structured software testing situations for the purpose of quality planning and development leading to successful implementation of the    test management process.

· Ability to perform and document tasks with an understanding of the expected outcomes.

· Ability to select, define, prioritize, and apply software measurements, metrics, tools, and analytical techniques.

· Ability to manage time and priorities according to team/project objectives.

· Detail-oriented, task-oriented, and strong work ethic.

· Strong self-initiation and self-motivation disciplines.

· Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.

· Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Capacity to provide guidance to colleagues, including formalized instruction.

· Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proven ability to work with a diverse team of individuals with different needs and objectives
