-5 years of in-depth Web Development J2EE/Grails experience
-5 years of in-depth J2EE, MVC (Struts), JDBC and JSP experience
-5 years of in-depth SQL, XML, Hibernate and Spring experience
-5 years of in-depth Object-Oriented Development experience
-5 years of in-depth experience with an IDE such as Eclipse or IBM RAD
-5 years of in-depth experience working on a development team of 3 or more developers
-5 years of in-depth Web Services knowledge

Preferred Skills and Experience:
-JQuery experience
